Investment Opportunity Now Open For Commercial Real Estate Development in Rio Rancho NM USA.  The goal is Economic Development with a focus on Live, Work, and Play Projects.  Prime sites that are ready for the development process.  Each site has a total amount goal for the Fund. 

 

The first site is a privately owned parcel consisting of Three Acres zoned Neighborhood Commercial (NC).  Proposing to develop a Live, Work, and Play Mixed-use Multifamily, Multi-income project with a center pedestrian-only courtyard & and rooftop leisure vista point.  Owner Finance is available on land-only acquisition of $1,100,000.00.  

Goal To Raise $5,000,000.00 for soft costs, architectural drawings, and entitlement.  Total Cost To Develop: $45,000,000.00

The second site is 30 (+-) acres owned by the City of Rio Rancho, NM USA: 

Goal To Raise $25,000,000 to $65,000,000 (USD) for the development of the new Rio Rancho, NM USA; Civic City Center 

​

The third site is approximately 60  (+-) acres owned by the State of NM USA: 

Goal To Raise $75,000,000 to $95,000,000 (USD) for state-of-the-art post-pandemic first of its kind; Drone Theme/Entertainment Park in Rio Rancho, NM USA.

**These percentages are hypotheticals.  Percentage rates will vary as to the overall design and involvement of the project.  

*Class A Accredited Investor:

Minimum of $250,000 (USD) with a 9% ROI plus Equity Partnership

*Class B Accredited Investor:

Minimum of $100,000 (USD) with a 7% ROI plus Equity Partnership
